Стандартный морской контейнер был полностью переработан в высокотехнологичный мобильный ЦОД, рассчитанный на высокую тепловую нагрузку и токовые характеристики именно этих асиков. Это готовый "кирпич" для построения промышленной фермы, который не требует доработок.
Модель T21 отличается высокой потребляемой мощностью (около 3600-3800 Вт на устройство) и требовательностью к качеству питания. Данная конфигурация контейнера рассчитана на установку 144 аппаратов. Это не случайное число: оно обусловлено точным расчетом предельной нагрузки на вводные автоматы (2 ввода по 630А) и эффективностью системы охлаждения. Мы ушли от абстрактной "универсальности" в пользу надежности под конкретную модель.
Тепловыделение от 144 мощных устройств колоссально. Для его отвода мы применили продвинутую систему вентиляции:
- Мощь и напор. Два промышленных осевых вентилятора мощностью 15 кВт создают необходимое давление для прокачки воздуха даже через плотные фильтры.
- Умное управление. Контроллер Bitferma в связке с частотным преобразователем на 37 кВт автоматически регулирует обороты вентиляторов. Система реагирует на показания датчиков давления и температуры, поддерживая идеальный микроклимат без участия оператора.
- Автоматические клапаны. Воздушные клапаны с электроприводами (0-10В) плавно регулируют подачу воздуха и автоматически закрываются при остановке системы, сохраняя тепло зимой.
Сердце контейнера - это его щит энергоснабжения (ЩР). Мы используем надежные компоненты от CHINT, доказавшие свою отказоустойчивость:
- Двойной ввод. Два вводных автомата на 630А обеспечивают распределение высокой нагрузки.
- Защита оборудования. Реле контроля фаз и напряжения страхует дорогие асики от перекосов и скачков в сети.
- Групповая безопасность. Автоматические выключатели на 100А и магнитные пускатели на 95А позволяют сегментировать нагрузку, обеспечивая безопасность каждой группы майнеров.
